Returns

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.
