Local Shipping Only
Snap Cart currently ships within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a delay, we will inform you.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 8 to 11 working days depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Snap Cart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 working days so we can investigate with the courier.
